₹70 lakh for a 2BHK in Noida Extension sounds good, but remote investment ka legal headache bahut hai. I'm based in Dubai, can't do site visits. Everyone says RERA protects buyers, but honestly, does it actually work for complaints? Builder-buyer agreements still feel so one-sided. Ambesten Infratech ke track record pe kitna trust karein? Change my mind.

Totally agree with you, bhai. RERA sounds great on paper but the ground reality is different. I had a nightmare with a builder in Ghaziabad, even after filing a RERA complaint, things moved at a snail's pace. Remote investment is seriously risky, you need someone super trustworthy on the ground.
Haan bhai, same experience. Sirf registration number mil jaata hai, kaam kuch nahi hota. Builder ke paas itne loopholes hain ki kya hi bolun.
