Since January I've been shortlisting flats, tired of paying rent in Gurgaon. Looking at places on Dwarka Expressway and even some Tata Housing projects. But yaar, builder ka track record aur RERA compliance check karna kitna mushkil hai. News mein roz fraud sunte hain, like that Haryana builder arrest. Builder-buyer agreement mein itne hidden clauses hote hain, lagta hai sab builder ke favor mein hi hai. Agar delay hua ya kuch issue, RERA complaints kitni effective hoti hain actually? Ya bas paperwork reh jaata hai? Any experiences with DLF Privana West legal issues?

Totally agree with you, bhai! RERA ke rules toh bahut achhe lagte hain paper pe, but real implementation mein kitna difference hai. Hum bhi first-time buyer hain aur darr lagta hai ki saari life ki savings ek galat decision mein na chali jaaye. Builder-buyer agreement padhte hue toh sarr ghoom jaata hai, itna legal jargon hota hai.
