Prestige City investment — yaar, I'm seriously considering a unit there, maybe on Sarjapur Road. Just moved into my new place in Whitefield a couple months back, and the property registration process was a headache. Now looking at a second property, investment ke liye. Builders ka track record kaise check karein properly? I mean, RERA registration toh sab dikha dete hain, but kya usmein koi red flags hote hain jo common buyers miss kar dete hain? Like, RERA website pe kya details dekhni chahiye beyond just the project ID? Also, title verification ke liye, kya steps hain jo log generally skip kar dete hain, but as an investor, they're super crucial? Is RERA actually effective agar builder delay kare ya issues ho? Ya bas paper pe sahi lagta hai?
