DLF Moulsari Enclave looks perfect for my family's 3BHK needs, but honestly, focusing on builder-buyer agreements feels like a waste of time. Everyone glorifies RERA, but nobody talks about how ineffective it seems against builders like Vatika Group. Their agreements are still full of red clauses protecting only them. What happens when they delay possession for years? My kids' school plans can't wait. Is RERA actually helping anyone get real compensation, or is it just more paperwork? Change my mind.
