Visited Godrej Properties' Evermark Provica Homes 2 in Sector 150 last week. Looks good, but honestly, everyone talks about RERA but nobody discusses if it actually protects us. I'm upgrading from a 2BHK, looking at a 3BHK for ₹2.5Cr, and the risk feels huge. Log bolte hain title clear hai, par how do you *really* check it beyond basic documents? I feel like RERA complaints are mostly just on paper, not effective. Change my mind.
