Bhai, same darr hai. RERA toh bas naam ka hai lagta hai. Kitne cases sune hain jahan builders ne RERA order bhi ignore kar diya. Pata nahi kya karein first-time buyers.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera friend Mullanpur Garibdass mein ek project mein phasa hai, 2 saal late ho gaya hai. Builder bas dates pe dates de raha hai. Ab toh bank ki EMI aur rent dono dena pad raha hai. Bohot mush
