RERA is useless for project delays in Rajkot. I invested in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, a 2BHK near Kalawad Road, for ₹65L. It's been delayed over a year now. Honestly, I thought RERA would protect us, but the complaint process feels so slow. What are my real legal options? Should I just keep waiting, or can I actually force them to deliver or compensate? My EMI is going, and it's frustrating.
