RERA isn't enough for Bangalore property checks

Sarjapur Road is on my radar, done with renting. Considering Prestige City. How do you *really* check RERA compliance and a builder's legal history? Is the encumbrance certificate enough to avoid future issues?

Bhai, your questions are spot on! Sarjapur Road is hot, but RERA compliance check karna is a headache. Just going by the RERA number isn't enough these days, builders have found loopholes. My friend booked a flat near Arekere and got stuck for 2 years because the builder just kept delaying.

Sahi kaha bhai, builders ke loopholes toh har din badhte ja rahe hain. RERA ke naam pe bhi scam ho rahe hain.
