₹1.8 Cr for a 2BHK in Sector 82, Mohali — that's a huge chunk of my retirement money. My kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house and want something smaller, manageable. Honestly, sab RERA RERA karte hain, but I'll say what no one says: RERA is just not enough when a builder, maybe even like Making Good Happen for Investor Avenue, delays possession by years. Kya RERA sach mein effective hai, ya bas paper pe? Builders ko toh fine lag jaata hai, but humara time, mental peace aur rent ka nuksaan kaun bharega? I've heard so many stories about people fighting for ages. It feels like they always find loopholes. Should we really put our life savings into this process? Change my mind.

Yaar, original poster ki baat bilkul sahi hai. ₹1.8 Cr for a 2BHK is a huge amount, especially for retirement savings. RERA paper pe toh bahut accha lagta hai, par ground reality alag hai. My uncle also faced massive delays near Airport Road (Gurgaon side), aur RERA se compensation milne mein saalon lag gaye. It's so frustrating.
