Already have a home loan for my 2BHK in Sector 65, now thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK on Dwarka Expressway. Honestly, everyone glorifies RERA, but I'm not convinced it actually protects buyers much. Builder-buyer agreements are still full of clauses that only benefit the builder, right? If a project like DLF Independent Floors gets delayed, what are your *real* legal options under RERA? It often feels like just paperwork. Is RERA truly effective or mostly for show? Disagree? Tell me why.
