RERA ne bhi builder delays nahi roke Chandigarh mein.

Has anyone actually faced consistent delays even after RERA was implemented? Humne Omaxe ka 3BHK apartment New Chandigarh mein book kiya tha, ₹1.4 crore ka project tha, thinking it would be delivered on time. Kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place anymore. Just wanted a manageable flat, near a good hospital. Ab 2 saal late ho gaya hai, aur humara resale of existing property ka funds bhi stuck hain. Builder bas next quarter ki dates deta rehta hai, koi OC ka certainty nahi. Pehle laga under-construction mein price benefit milta hai, but is mental stress ka kya? Is it really worth buying under-construction anymore, ya ready-to-move hi better option hai, even if it costs more? What did you all do?
