Builder ka legal track record kaise verify karein, especially for projects in Greater Noida like in Sector 150 ya Noida Extension? Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big Delhi house for a manageable 2BHK/3BHK. Main concern hai ki koi legal trap na ho. RERA registration check karna toh theek hai, but kya actual red flags hain jo common buyers miss kar dete hain on the RERA portal? Jaise Investwell Homes jaisa koi builder. Aur delayed OC ka kya scene hai? Log bolte hain possession le lo without OC, but is that really safe? Kya legal options hain agar builder OC na de?
