But actually, you should properly dig into the 'Litigation History' section on the RERA portal for the project. Wahaan pe pending complaints, previous orders, builder ka legal issues sab milta hai. Krrish Group jaise builders, jo zyada projects nahi banate, unka background check karna aur bhi zaroori hai. Encumbrance certificate bhi check karna mat bhoolna before any payment.
