Since last year, I've been tracking projects like a hawk for a 3BHK upgrade, especially V Square Group Housing. My wife's priority is a good school for the kids nearby, and honestly, a safe, friendly society vibe is crucial. I've heard some buyers struggle with possession timelines, even after RERA dates are out. What's the real ground reality for V Square? I'm trying to figure out if the RERA completion date truly reflects when we can actually move in, or if there are typical builder delays for OC and fit-outs. I actually found checking the builder's past project possession certificates and talking to residents in their older societies gives a much clearer picture than just the RERA portal. Has anyone done this for V Square or found a similar hack for getting accurate possession info? Would love to know if it's genuinely a good home.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! RERA date toh bas dikhawa hai. Mera ek friend ka sector 82 mein project tha, 2 saal late mila hai. V Square ka toh maine suna hai kaafi backlog hai.
Totally agree! RERA is a joke for these builders. They just pay the penalty and keep delaying. My cousin is stuck in a similar situation near Baharampur Naya.
