Is RERA just for show, ya actual relief milta hai? Just moved into JMS Prime Land near Dwarka Expressway, possession was last month. Builder-buyer agreement mein itne hidden clauses the, honestly, humne title verification bhi utna deeply nahi kiya tha. Later realised VK And Sons ka ek project mein title issue chal raha tha. My lawyer said people often skip checking encumbrance certificate. Kya kisi ne RERA complaint file ki hai aur uska outcome kya raha? Asking for a friend who's looking at a new project.

Totally relate yaar. JMS Prime Land ka sunke darr lag raha hai. Builder-buyer agreement mein itne hidden clauses hote hain ki samajh hi nahi aata kya sign kar rahe hain. My relative also had issues with builder promises near Airport Road, Gurgaon side. RERA seems like a long process. Is it even worth it for smaller issues, or only for big frauds?
