RERA: Real protection or just paperwork?

₹90L for a 2BHK in Noida Extension. Everyone talks RERA registration, but I'm not convinced it stops builder delays like Vascoda Housing. Is RERA truly effective, or just for show? Change my mind.

Totally agree with you! Vascoda Housing ka track record to waise bhi poor hai, RERA se kya hoga? Sirf paper pe hi accha lagta hai.
