Did a site visit to Bulland Group Suryodaya Towers last weekend. Fed up of renting, the EMI vs rent math is finally winning. I'm worried about legal clarity for projects in Greater Noida West. How do you actually check RERA registration and builder legal track records? Is Sai Dham Infra Projects' history clean? Are title verification steps often missed?
