RERA registration is just eyewash for builders — prove me wrong
Not proud of this but I almost overlooked builder's RERA status for my Central Park Flamingo Floors booking. Just moved in and realized kitna important hai to check builder's legal track record. Apna Ghar Ho jaise builders ka bhi RERA compliances dekho. Is RERA actually effective for delays, ya bas paper pe hai?

Yaar, totally agree. RERA ne ek layer of protection toh di hai, but builders still find loopholes. Mera friend ka project Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe hai, 2 saal se delay chal raha hai. RERA complaint file ki hai but progress slow hai. Builders ko pata hai ki log kitne desperate hain ghar ke liye, isiliye they take advantage.
Exactly! Complaint file karna easy hai, but usko follow up karna aur justice milna is a whole different ball game. RERA
