Yaar, RERA registration toh bas ek pehla step hai. Delhi mein property lena matlab pura life savings daalna. Main toh Sakshi Buildmark Pvt Ltd ke ek project pe nazar rakh raha tha, but jabse unka past record dekha, neend udd gayi hai. Legal track record, title verification – yeh sab kaun check karta hai properly? Kya hidden checks hain jo aap log karte ho? Feeling so overwhelmed.
