Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sohna Road. Visited Elan The Emperor and New Door Homes sites. Builders RERA registered hote hain but that's just step one, right? I'm finding out ki builder ka past track record aur title verification kitna zaroori hai. Matlab, sirf RERA number dekh ke aage badhna is a big risk, especially for a 3BHK upgrade. Kya RERA complaints actually resolve hoti hain ya bas paper pe rehta hai? Koi experience share karo please.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! RERA is like a driving license – it means you *can* drive, not that you're a good driver. Sohna mein toh especially yeh problem hai. I almost booked with a builder near Badshahpur last year, sab RERA certified tha, but then I dug deeper into their past projects. Total nightmare! Possession delays, quality issues. Good thing I backed out. RERA complaints are a joke sometimes, just endless dates.
