Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme near Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. Yaar, RERA registration check kitna crucial hai! Just 'RERA approved' isn't enough. Actual website pe builder ka track record, like Ansal API, aur past projects check karna chahiye. Rajkot mein RERA complaints sach mein effective hain kya?
