Kitne log RERA registration details sirf number se zyada check karte? I'm upgrading from my 2BHK, eyeing Sattva Lake Ridge. Builder ka legal track record kitna important hai? Agar possession delay hua, RERA mein kya options milte? Encumbrance certificate bhi dekha kya? Hyderabad mein RERA sach mein effective, ya bas paperwork?
