Sector 150 — we're considering projects here after selling our big house. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a huge place anymore, want something manageable, low maintenance. Honestly, I'm really worried about legal issues with builders. How do you *actually* check RERA registration? Is just seeing the number on a brochure enough? What about verifying the builder's legal track record? Uppal Chadha's Trinity High Street South Avenue looks promising, but how can we truly check their past projects' legal standing and delivery? And title verification – is that something a lawyer handles, or are there steps we can take ourselves? Don't want to get stuck later, especially after investing our life savings.

Exactly! Just seeing the RERA number on a brochure is definitely not enough. You have to go to the RERA website for UP and cross-check the project details, especially the completion date and approvals. Builders often show old numbers or projects that are stuck. My cousin almost got trapped like that in a project near Alpha 2.
Totally agree with the title! RERA toh bas ek number hai, bhai. Ground reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. Meri toh neend ud gayi hai soch soch ke.
