Totally feel you! Main bhi Mohali mein dekh raha hoon, same budget, same dilemmas. RERA number toh dikhta hai but andar ki baat kaun batayega? Mera friend ka ek project 3 saal late ho gaya, RERA registered tha phir bhi. Parents bhi title verification pe itna zor dete hain, samajh nahi aata kaise proceed karein. Bohot darr lagta hai yaar.
