My lease ends in 6 months and I'm seriously looking at Lodha Codename Sarjapur. RERA registration verify kaise karte hain, genuinely not sure. Website pe bas number dikhta hai. Red flags ya builder ne kuch hide kiya ho, kaise check karein? Aur agar future mein issue ho, RERA complaints sahi mein kaam karte hain kya? Thoda tension ho raha hai first-time buy mein.

The actual builder is Nava Jyothi Group. To verify RERA, you need to go to the Karnataka RERA website, search by project name or RERA number. Under the project details, you'll find the promoter's (builder's) name and their past projects. If it says '0 projects' like in this case, then it's a huge risk. Always check the promoter's history, not just the project's RERA status.
