Sector 20 keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, yaar. I'm checking out a 2BHK resale, owner demanding ₹65L. Builders like Spes Construction India Pvt. Ltd. won't budge much on new projects. But secondary market mein, kya negotiation margin zyada hota hai? Can I realistically push it down to ₹60L? What hidden charges from the previous owner should I look out for? Society maintenance dues ya pending property tax, kuch bhi ho sakta hai.

Bhai, 65L for a 2BHK in Sector 20 sounds high. 60L push karna mushkil hoga, but try toh karna banta hai.

Haan, main bhi wahi soch raha tha. Builders toh sunte hi nahi, resale mein thoda chance hota hai.
