Resale done, now finding a manageable home on CPR
Resale of our big house just closed, aur ab finally chhota, manageable ghar dekh rahe hain. Kids have moved out, so itna bada place ab nahi chahiye, honestly. Gurgaon mein Central Peripheral Road area kaafi suna hai, connectivity achi hai. Hum ek 3BHK prefer kar rahe hain, budget 80 lakh se 1.5 crore tak ja sakta hai. Main priority hai ek good society, lift ho, aur maintenance bahut high na ho. Paas mein koi hospital bhi ho toh best hai. Not sure if Godrej Properties ya DLF ke koi projects is range mein fit hote hain on CPR? Ya phir M3M ke bhi kuch options hain? Humne Sector 84-85 side bhi dekha hai, waha kuch projects the but they felt a bit too far. Kisi ka experience hai with any project on CPR? Kya builder ka track record sahi hai, ya koi hidden issues hain? Please advise.

Wah, badhiya decision! Kids move out toh chhota ghar hi best hai. CPR pe options toh kaafi hain, especially for 3BHKs. Budget bhi aapka sahi hai, 80 lakh se 1.5 crore mein mil jayega kuch decent. Godrej aur DLF ke projects generally premium side pe hote hain, but unke older projects ya new launches mein shayad kuch mil jaye. M3M ke bhi kaafi projects hain CPR pe, but unka track record thoda mixed suna hai. Hospital paas mein hona is a big plus, especially as we age. Hum bhi same situation mein hain, bas abhi
