Resale of our property is almost done, and we're looking at Daniya Azad Residency for a compact flat. But honestly, I'm worried about the construction quality after hearing stories. Log bolte hain cracks, seepage, fittings ke issues aate hain ek saal baad. Is this true for Daniya Azad? Don't want to buy a headache. What's the reality there?
