Just moved into my Manohar Singh 3BHK in Manimajra last month, paid around ₹95L. Honestly, now I'm thinking, did I miss out on secondary market deals? My broker pushed new construction, saying resale mein paperwork ka headache hota hai. But I'm hearing some people got great prices in Sector 44 or even Mohali. Is there actually more negotiation scope on resale flats in Chandigarh? Matlab, new projects mein toh builders spot discount bhi nahi dete sometimes. Anyone here recently bought resale? Kaisa experience raha with the total acquisition cost?

Yaar, same pinch! Mera bhi kuch aisa hi haal hai. Broker ne toh bas naye projects dikhaye, bola resale mein bahut jhanjhat hai, property purani hoti hai, loan bhi mushkil se milta hai. But the prices for new construction in Manimajra are just touching the sky, no? I'm constantly wondering if I missed out on some really good deals in Sector 44 or even some parts of New Chandigarh. Kya sach mein resale mein stamp duty aur society transfer charges ke alawa bhi bahut hidden costs hote hain?
