Resale flat hunting in Gurgaon — what's the negotiation reality?
Golf Course Extension Road — I've been looking at resale flats there, kids have moved out so don't need such a big place anymore. We're selling our big house and want something manageable, maybe a 2BHK. I'm finding quite a few options in societies like Godrej and M3M. But dealing with individual sellers and brokers feels different from a builder. Is negotiating on secondary market deals actually more flexible than with new projects? I'm hoping to knock off a bit more. Also, are there specific hidden costs unique to resale properties that I should watch out for besides stamp duty and registration? Any tips on legal checks for older flats would be great. Thinking about Mohammadpur Gujar too, but not sure about older construction issues there.
