Totally agree! Resale mein hi asli value milti hai, especially in areas like Gagan Vihar. Builders ke new projects ka toh bas marketing hype hota hai.

Haan, aur builder ke charges itne hidden hote hain ki budget out ho jaata hai. Resale mein at least you see what you get, koi surprises nahi.
