Visited a few projects in Sector 62 last weekend, including one by Shree Homes. My kids have moved out, so I'm trying to sell our big house and find something manageable, maybe a 2BHK. Builders are quoting high, not sure if it's the Jewar airport hype or what. Is it possible to find any price correction zones in Noida still? Should I look at resale flats instead of new projects? Heard you can negotiate more there. Also, is it better to go through a broker for resale or try direct owners? Any experiences with hidden costs on older properties?
