Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 37 and Mohali. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Builders like The Uppal Group ke naye projects mein floor-rise premium aur PLC bahut zyada lag rahe hain. Honestly, is it worth paying extra just for a higher floor ya park-facing view? Secondary market mein deals better milti hain kya? Log bolte hain resale mein negotiation zyada possible hai and you can avoid some hidden charges. What's the real difference in negotiation power between new and resale flats? Should I focus on secondary market for better value? Any advice on finding a good society with a lift near a hospital? Any specific sectors to look at?
