Resale market for super-premium projects feels illiquid, doesn't it?
The resale market for super-premium projects like Tribeca NBCC Iconic Towers feels really illiquid, doesn't it? I'm looking at it for a long-term investment, but honestly, ₹4.10 Cr is a huge jump. My parents keep saying 'buy for end-use' but I'm thinking pure ROI here. Not sure if the capital appreciation will really hit those numbers everyone talks about. Has its price actually moved much since launch? Everyone glorifies the luxury segment, but nobody talks about how hard it might be to find a buyer later. Is there an active secondary market for these high-value units in Greater Noida, or is it mostly just investor-to-investor holding? I'm also worried about the investor-to-end-user ratio. Don't want a ghost society. What's the real ground truth on that for Tribeca NBCC? Should I be concerned about finding tenants or a future buyer? Change my mind.
