Was supposed to decide by last month but primary market mein ab kuch value dikh nahi rahi. I work in real estate, par khud ke liye buy karna alag hai. Himalaya Corporation Limited ke TechZone IV projects mein resale ka kya scene hai? Secondary market mein negotiation kitni possible hai, especially for older inventory? Kya hidden charges rehte hain resale mein?

Totally agree with the original post! Primary market mein toh builders ne bas 'launch price' ke naam pe hawa bana rakhi hai, delivery ka koi bharosa nahi. Himalaya Corp ka TechZone IV mein resale ka scene toh kaafi active suna hai. Main bhi TechZone IV mein hi dekh raha hoon, but confused hoon ki kis project mein jaaun. Koi specific project suggest kar sakta hai jahan valuation reasonable ho aur possession clear ho?
