The resale market in Bangalore for individual owners is way tougher than I thought, honestly. Just moved into my 2BHK in Whitefield last month, possession was in March. Builder ne toh bahut high appreciation projections diye the, saying selling in 3-4 years is easy. My flat cost around ₹1.2 Cr, but now I see so many listings sitting for months. Is it always this slow? What's the real scene for selling a property here for a good gain? Am I missing something about timing?

Bhai, ₹1.2 Cr for a 2BHK in Whitefield is quite steep, unless it's a very premium project. Builders ke projections toh hamesha inflated hi hote hain. Which builder is this, if you don't mind sharing? That appreciation projection sounds too good to be true.
U3, builder ka naam toh U1 ne nahi bataya, but aise promises toh almost sabhi karte hain. Mera guess hai koi mid-tier builder hoga, wahi aise sapne dikhate hain for quick sales. Happens
Oh god, this is exactly my fear! I'm also looking in Whitefield, and my budget is similar. Builders make it sound so easy to flip properties for profit. Thanks for sharing, U1, makes me rethink a lot.
