Goyal Estate Agency ne kuch resale options dikhaye. Mera sawaal hai, resale mein negotiation builders se zyada hota hai kya? Better deal ke liye broker ya direct builder?

Bhai, ₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 35? Honestly, sounds quite steep, especially from a direct builder. I've been looking around that area too and for that price, you'd expect a 3BHK or at least a much larger 2BHK. Builders usually have very little wiggle room on price unless it's a distress sale or very early launch.
