Secondary market deals in Hyderabad are way undervalued, honestly. Just moved into my 3BHK near Hitech City Junction, not from Salarpuria Sattva, but another builder. Tab laga ki I could've saved a lot buying resale. Brokers new projects pe zyada push karte hain, unka commission high hota hai. Spot discount milna naya project mein bahut mushkil hai, they usually play hard-to-get. Resale mein you can actually talk to the owner directly and negotiate better. Kya aapko bhi aisa lagta hai? Did anyone get a good spot discount recently?

Totally agree with this! Builders ke sales team toh bas naye projects ka hi gaana gaate hain. I've been looking for a 2BHK around Gachibowli, and the new project prices are just insane. Resale mein negotiation space milta hai, but darr lagta hai ki builder ka reputation kaisa hoga. Koi experience share karega ki kis builder ke old projects resale mein achhe hain?
