I'm looking for a 2BHK, budget around ₹75L in Sector 137. Builders like GM Infinite in Asagarpur Jagir seem to have fixed rates, not much negotiation scope, honestly. Secondary market mein kya zyada negotiation possible hai? Brokers toh bolte hain they can get better prices, but I'm not sure. Is it true ki resale mein more room for price correction hota hai, ya phir hidden issues zyada milte hain? Kya kisi ko idea hai?
