Resale values in Sector 150 are overhyped.

Since moving into my ACE project in Sector 150 last month, I'm already thinking about long-term exits. The market feels active, but is resale value actually holding up? I'm curious about real experiences selling 2BHKs here. Are buyers paying current appreciation, or is it tougher than advertised? What's your take on the Greater Noida resale scene?
