posted on 4 MayResale vs New: Where's the real deal for investors?
Secondary market deals in Gurgaon are seriously underrated for investors, I think. I'm totally fed up of renting, yaar. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya, so finally taking the plunge. EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai. My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK, maybe in Sector 45. Builder projects mein negotiation kitna possible hai? Like Ashiana's new launches, I hear prices are pretty firm. Is it true builders don't budge much? Or can you actually knock off a decent percentage? And what about secondary market deals? Kya resale mein zyada negotiation leverage milta hai compared to a new project? Which route gives better deal value for an investor?
