Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 35. Honestly, I'm more confused now than before. Dekha toh Goyal Estate Agency ke kuch under-construction projects bhi hain, aur kuch resale flats bhi. Meri budget thodi tight hai, so I'm wondering, first-time buyers ke liye resale better hai ya new launch? New projects mein delivery risk ka bahut darr lagta hai, pata nahi kab tak milenge possession. Kya kisi ka experience raha hai Goyal Estate Agency ke saath, on-time delivery mein? Resale mein toh ready-to-move mil jata hai, but phir prices high lagte hain. Under-construction mein lagta hai ki EMI aur rent dono dena padega for months... Should I just stick to resale for peace of mind, ya new launch mein koi hidden benefits hain? Kya dekhna chahiye under-construction buy karte time?
