Gurgaon mein parking allocation ka scene bada tricky hai. Maine Model Economic City mein dekha, brochure mein reserved bola, but OC ke time lottery system nikla. Mera ek friend bata raha tha ki kuch builders common areas mein bhi parking count karte hain. Isse bachne ka koi pakka tareeka hai kya? Kids have moved out, ab bas easy life chahiye.

Yeah, parking is a huge concern, especially with the current market conditions. Prices are already so high, aur phir yeh hidden costs ya false promises. It makes first-time buyers like us even more anxious. Builders ko transparent hona chahiye.

Brochure mein bada-bada likha tha 'ample parking', but ab subah-subah parking spot dhundte rehte hain. Aur woh common area wala point toh pakka scam hai, usko kaise verify karein?
U10, common areas ko parking mein count karna toh legal nahi hai, but builders karte hain. Isse bachne ke liye, agreement to sale mein specifically likhwao ki kitni reserved parking slots milengi, aur unki location bhi. Sirf brochure pe mat jao. Mera ek friend Airport Road pe ek project mein फंस गया था, usne phir case file kiya tha, tab jaake kuch mila.
Exactly! 'Ample parking' is the biggest joke. Aur common area wala point toh main bhi soch raha tha. Koi guarantee hai kya ki woh count nahi karenge basement parking ko common area mein?
Model Economic City ka toh naam suna hai. But yeh lottery system ka kya scene hai? Aur OC ke time, matlab possession ho gaya hai kya? Iska RERA number kya hai, pata hai kisi ko? Checking because I was considering something there.
2027? Itna late! Aur parking ka bhi issue, matlab budget mein bhi nahi aayega phir.
U7 aur U3, Model Economic City ongoing hai. Possession date 2027-05-01 hai as per RERA. Aur RERA number HRERA-PKL-JJR-320-2022 hai. Lottery system ka toh nahi pata, but brochure mein reserved likha hai toh claim kar sakte ho.
Totally agree! Mere saath bhi kuch aisa hi hua tha Sector 70 mein ek project mein. Brochure mein crystal clear likha tha '1 Reserved Parking', ab pata chal raha hai ki 'first come, first serve' type ho gaya hai. Builders apni marzi chalate hain.
