Reserved parking in Uppal Marble Arch is a complete scam, isn't it? I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 44, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. Builder bolte hain reserved spaces milenge, but real mein sab first-come-first-serve hota hai. Is the price jump worth this daily headache? Already have a home loan, don't want to fight for a spot. Is it just a premium project marketing gimmick? Disagree? Tell me why.

Hmm, I was actually looking at Uppal Marble Arch for an upgrade. Is it really that bad? The price range (₹4.5 Cr – ₹5.9 Cr) suggests it's premium, so parking should be sorted, no? What about the total units, 168, aren't there enough spots?
Totally agree with you, bhai! Ye reserved parking ka drama har jagah hai. Builders bas bolte hain, milta kuch nahi. Same issue in my current society.
