Noida Extension — been looking here for a bigger 3BHK for my growing family. My wife's main worry is safety for the kids and decent parking. I hear Parsvnath Platinum has issues with parking allocation even after possession. Is it still a lottery system for residents? Also, how are the security systems actually working? Are guards attentive, or just for show?

Haan bhai, parking Noida Extension mein sabse bada headache hai. Especially in older societies.
