Parking allocation in Bangalore projects is a total headache, isn't it? I'm currently in a 2BHK and looking to upgrade to a 3BHK or villa, maybe like Lodha Codename Sarjapur. Builder log kya bolte hain, is the lottery system for parking fair? Or do you end up paying extra PLC for a decent spot? For an investor, secured, reserved parking is a big deal for resale value aur tenant attraction. Also, security systems ki quality – just CCTV ka naam hai ya proper visitor management bhi hai? Sometimes it feels like builders cut corners after possession. Is the premium for these amenities justified, ya bas marketing hype hai? Share your experiences, guys. Koi hacks hain kya?
