Totally relate! Builders always lowball. I saw a place near Akshayanagar, same story. Later RWA hit me with a huge bill. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.

Same here, the pool and gym maintenance alone can be crazy. And then there's generator backup, security... it all adds up to a shocking amount.
