Rethinking plots in Ghaziabad – my recent discovery
Since January I've been shortlisting properties for an upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in Vasundhara, I'm thinking of a 3BHK or even a small villa. Honestly, I always dismissed plots, thinking flats were safer for Ghaziabad. But after recent site visits in Crossings Republik and Raj Nagar Extension, I'm seeing some decent plot options, even from builders like Gaurs. The appreciation on plots near the Delhi-Meerut Expressway seems quite good, matlab, more than I expected. Is the flexibility and potential for future construction on a plot actually a better long-term investment than a ready 3BHK flat? For my budget, around ₹80L-₹1.2Cr, both are options. Kya plot mein appreciation better hoti hai compared to flats in Ghaziabad? Not sure if the hassle of building later outweighs fixed flat costs. Hope this discussion helps others thinking similar.
