Visited Revanta Multi State CGHS Ltd. site in Sector 19 Dwarka. They're pushing construction-linked plans. My last Godrej Properties project took almost two years extra. EMI bhi ja rahi thi, rent bhi, pura ROI bigad gaya. Is it smarter to go for a down payment plan or risk CLP delays in New Delhi? Revanta ka track record with timelines kaisa hai?
