My current 2BHK feels super cramped with two growing kids now. Reviva ke 3BHK layouts kitne efficient hain, ya bas paper pe bade lagte hain? Kids ke schools aur neighbourhood safety kaisi hai wahan? Real residents ka experience chahiye.

₹79 L – ₹1.1 Cr for a 3BHK in an ongoing project? Thoda expensive nahi lag raha? Current market mein options bahut hain, aur ready-to-move projects mein discounts bhi mil rahe hain. Kya Reviva ki location itni prime hai ki yeh price justify ho?
Location wise, it's near the upcoming Peripheral Ring Road, so connectivity might improve in the long run. But for now, it's still developing, similar to how Aavalahalli was a few years back. Price feels high because of the projected growth, not current amenities or infrastructure.
